Peak Gondola Pass

Sit back and enjoy a Gondola ride to world famous views overlooking the Wakatipu Basin and back to the main divide of the Southern Alps. Our Peak Gondola takes you from the base of the ski area to just below the summit of Coronet Peak where we have a viewing platform with spectacular views. If you're feeling adventitious there is a short walk up to the summit where you'll have 360 degree views, please note this can get very icy in winter and may not always be accessible. 

• Available daily from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Operations are subject to conditions can change throughout the day, please check the Snow Report on our website for updates and to confirm if the Peak Gondola is operating prior to travel to the ski area. 
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.  
• Enclosed sturdy footwear is required. Boot rental is available at Coronet Peak.
