Rookie Instructor Training - Domestic Programme

Turn your passion for snow into a professional pathway. The NZSki Rookie Instructor Training Programme is an intensive 12-day course designed to prepare confident skiers and riders for instructor roles on the Queenstown Snowsports team. 

Led by top-level NZSIA and SBINZ trainers and examiners, you’ll get expert on-snow coaching and indoor technical workshops to build your skills, teaching confidence, and guest experience know-how. 

What’s Included 

• 12 days of immersive, work-ready training
• Coaching at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables 
• Daily schedule: 9:00am – 3:30pm 
• Interview opportunity on Day 10 
  • Note: All purchasers wishing to be considered for employment must apply here after making their purchase and prior to the programme starting.
• 3 Peak Season Pass included if enrolled by 31 May 2026 
  • If not selected for employment, you still retain the pass

• New Zealand or Australian residents only (proof required)
