Full Day Group Lesson

Build Skills, Confidence & Progression | Small Groups | 10am – 3:30pm 

Whether it’s your first time on snow or you're aiming to refine your technique, our full-day Group Lessons will elevate your skiing or riding skills with expert guidance from our international team of instructors. With small group sizes, you’ll enjoy plenty of focused attention and loads of fun while taking your skiing or riding to next level.

Ages: 

• Skiing: 4-15 years 
• Snowboarding: 6-15 years 
• Adults: 16+ years 
• Note: Kids aged 13+ may join adult lessons if space allows; See the Snowsports staff at check in. 

Time: 10am – 3:30pm, includes a 50 minute lunch break 

Lesson Meeting Points: 

Check in at the Snowsports meeting area (look for the flags) by 9:45am with all equipment and your pass ready for scanning. 

• The Remarkables: Meet directly outside the base building by lesson flags on snow 
• Coronet Peak: Opposite Meadows Express, Snowsports meeting area. 

Select Your Lesson Ability Level: 

• First Timer: Never skied or snowboarded before. A perfect introduction to the snow. 
• Learner Zone: Comfortable with the basics, working on turning and speed control on learner areas, preparing for Green runs. 
• Green Zone: Skiing or riding with confidence and in control on Green runs. Ready to progress to Blue runs. 
• Blue Zone: Comfortable on Blue runs and gaining confidence for Red runs. 
• Red Zone: Skilled and confident on a variety of difficult Blues and Red runs. Focus on refining technique and confidence, tackling steeper, more demanding slopes. 

Please Note: 

• In the unlikely event that a lesson has only one person, there will be a reduced lesson time. 
• Before heading to the lifts or collecting your Rental Equipment you will need to get your MyPass Card. This is your ticket to the mountain and you can print it from one of our Kiosks by scanning the barcode in your order confirmation email or by visiting Guest Services. 

Getting To Your Lesson on Time: 

• Arrive 1 hour before your lesson if collecting rental gear or your MyPass card/Lift Pass on the day. Allow extra travel time during peak periods or in winter conditions. 
• Taking the Ski Bus from Queenstown? Please book a departure time that gets you to the mountain well ahead of your lesson: 
  • Coronet Peak Ski Bus: Book the 7:30am departure 
  • The Remarkables Ski Bus: Book the 7:30am departure 

Ski Bus, Lift Pass and Rental equipment are not included in this product and must be booked separately. 

Changing Lesson Reservations: 

• Lessons are subject to availability and must be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before your lesson start time.
