Full Day on Beginner Terrain | Up to 4 Guests | 10am – 3pm 

Create unforgettable memories together on the mountain with a full-day, family-focused coaching experience. The Premium Family Private pairs your group with one of our expert instructors, specially selected for their experience coaching family groups and delivering fun, tailored experiences. 

Our Early Season Private Coaching lessons are available from 30 May – 12 June on beginner terrain, perfect for setting you up for a full season of fun and progression. 

Looking for coaching on more advanced terrain, look at our full season Private Lesson options starting from 13 June. 

Important: 

  • You'll also need a Learners Area Pass and ski/snowboard equipment - these are not included in this coaching product and can be added separately. 
  • If you're planning on catching the Queenstown Ski Bus, please see the "Getting to your Lesson" section below to ensure you book the correct departure time. 

Before Your Lesson - Get Your MyPass Card: This is your ticket to the mountain. 

  • Print it at one of our Kiosks on mountain or pick it up from Guest Services on mountain. 

Coach Meeting Points: Please meet your coach 15 minutes before your lesson, fully geared up with Lift Pass and equipment ready. 

Getting To Your Lesson on Time: 

  • Arrive 1 hour before your lesson if collecting rental gear or your MyPass card/Lift Pass on the day 
  • Allow extra travel time during peak periods or in winter conditions 
  • Taking the Ski Bus from Queenstown? Please book a departure time that gets you to the mountain well ahead of your lesson: 
    • For our Early Season Lessons please reserve the 9am departure time. 

Ski Bus is not included in this product and must be booked separately. 

To Change Your Booking:  

  • You can make some changes to your reservations, subject to availability.  
  • Log in to your account and head to your Profile page  
  • Select "Overview and then "Order History"  
  • Find your order and select "DETAILS"  
  • Select "RESERVATIONS"  
  • Select "RESCHEDULE" and then your preferred date. 
  • Note: If you made your reservation over the phone or in person, please contact Guest Services on info@nzski.com (use subject line "Reschedule Reservation"). 

Changing Lesson Reservations: Lessons are subject to availability and must be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before your lesson start time.
